Prior to turning over a newly constructed building to its owner, Utah Cleaning provides the services so that the building is "move-in ready." To do this, Utah Cleaning provides the following:

	Reasonable and competitive pricing – For larger projects, a low cost per square foot is provided, meeting your budget.
	Specialized cleaning crews – provide complete cleaning of all interior, including windows in and out. This includes all areas as agreed upon by the customer, such as ceilings, light fixtures, walls, cabinets, counters, bathrooms, offices, conference room, floors, etc.
	Trained Cleaners – Safety training and PPE is provided. Uniforms are provided for identification and security.
	Phased Cleanings – Depending on your needs, we can provide cleanings in different phases, such as the initial rough clean, and a final clean.
	Close cooperation and communication with your on-site supervisor(s) has guaranteed a complete product being delivered

Quality Assurance

Our cleaners are screened, provided with training (safety, cleaning duties, security of facility), and supervised. We provide frequent quality control inspections assure quality service is being provided.
